Pilates exercises increase range of motion and flexibility while improving circulation, posture, and abdominal strength. Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. While there are many forms, the exercises used can be relaxing and meditative. The breathing techniques are calming and the exercises enhance flexibility, strength and balance.

Our personal trainers will instruct new member proper positioning and movements and guide experienced members on perfecting their poses to improve their strength, flexibility and endurance.
