Vendor Tables

Our Merchandise and Vendor tables add to the festivity of the day. Showcase your company at this popular and well-attended summer festival.

Vendor tables are open from 8:00 a.m through 4:00 p.m. Tables are located in the main concourse at Buffalo RiverWorks where there is steady traffic and tables are protected from the weather. The popular Children’s, Basket Raffle, and Hope Chest Merchandise areas are in proximity guaranteeing high visibility for your products and services. A wide variety of vendors are represented each year.

Please Read Before Registering

All vendors must accept the Conditions when registering. Vendor tables will be on a first-come basis. If you would like to be a vendor, please text Katie Passanisi at 716-255-6391 before registering to confirm that space is available and confirm that your business isn't already represented. Each vendor will have a designated space that is to be set up before 8:00am on the event day and with take down beginning at 4:00 pm. The participation fee is $150. Please bring your own table/tablecloth if possible. Payment must be submitted with your application. Register and make your payment using the link below:
